Our shipping providers are UPS and the US Postal Service for your convenience. If you have any special shipping requirements or instructions, please note this in the comment section at checkout. Please refer to our shipping table for delivery charges and transit times. Generally, orders should arrive within 2 - 8 business days for Standard method. Orders shipped via Standard method will be delivered by the US Postal Service or UPS. Orders shipped to a P.O. Box will be delivered by US Postal Service. We cannot ship 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air to a P.O. Box address. All packages shipped by UPS are delivered Monday - Friday only. All packages via USPS are delivered Monday - Saturday.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages, unless the mistake was the result of our error. Return shipping charges may apply for refused or unclaimed packages.
A signature may be required upon delivery.
Holiday Ordering - We highly suggest that you place your order at least 7-10 days before any major holiday to allow enough time for delivery. Our warehouse does not ship orders the weekends or Holidays. Therefore, if you place an order after 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order. International shipments will be shipped via USPS (World) or UPS (Canada and Mexico), depending on the type of the products ordered. We cannot internationally ship cologne, perfumes and other alcohol related items with USPS. This items will be shipped with UPS.
We ship the majority of international destinations. Our carriers are UPS and the US Postal Service. Orders shipped to Canada will arrive by UPS if it contains perfumery products or alcohol-related items. Once the package reaches your country it will be processed and handled by the foreign Customs for appropriate clearance. Your package will be delivered by the partnering local Post Office or UPS.
Shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from1Beauty.us, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to 1Beauty.us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. 1Beauty.us has made every effort to minimize the shipping costs. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If you have any shipping and handling questions or comments please contact us.
Perfumery products and alcohol-related items are classified as "dangerous goods". Due to international postal regulations, we are unable to ship these products by Standard Airmail. If you order contains these products, please select International Expedited shipping method. We will use UPS to ship your package. Your package will be cleared and delivered by UPS.
Shipping and Billing Addresses
BeautyWays.com allows you to ship to an address other than your billing address. However, we do require that you provide us with the billing address that match's your card institution's records. We recommend that you contact your card institution to update them with your approved secondary ship-to addresses. Please note that orders may be placed on hold or cancelled if we are unable to confirm the billing information with your credit card bank. If you are using an international credit card, we may require that you provide us with a signed authorization and proper identification to ship your products.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Most items may be returned for a refund within 14 days from receipt of merchandise with an approved Return Authorization number. Please e-mail at email@example.com or call us to obtain an RAN number. The items must be returned in the original, unopened, unused package condition. Please note our Return Policy below for product specific guidelines and restrictions:
A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned merchandise when opting for return to original payment other than store credit. The restocking fee will be waived if return is due to Company error or product defect.
Some items cannot by returned for a refund:
Electric Hair Tools & Appliances - Most tools/appliances have product warranty available through the manufacturer. Product(s) must be registered directly through the manufacturer within the specified timeframe which is provided in our product details page of the item. Certain product(s) may not have a product warranty available due to manufacturer relationship status.
Shipping & handling, tax, and gift wrapping cannot be reimbursed. Original shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, refused or returned packages, unless Company made an error. For 'free shipping' package, shipping cost will be assessed and deducted from final reimbursement. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product will not be refunded unless Company error. Non-refundable shipping applies to both domestic & international shipping.
Product Defect, Damaged, or Wrong Shipment: Eligible for full refund of the merchandise. Please note all defective items are subject to inspection. To ensure proper processing, include the RAN form with your return. If defective, describe the defect and if you would like a replacement, please indicate exchange on the notes section. Upon inspection, if item is deemed defective or wrong item shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If your exact replacement is out of stock, we will process a refund back to the same form as the original order payment method. Upon inspection, if item is deemed defective or wrong item shipped, your return cost will be credited back to the same form as the original order payment method. In order to receive credit for your return shipping cost, you must attach the RAN form.
Refunds: Allow 3-5 working days for your refund to post to your account. Some refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement. We will issue a refund back to the same payment method used on the original order. Shipping and gift service fees are fully reimbursed if an error was due to Company error or product defect.
Canceled Orders: Eligible for full refund, if cancelled prior to shipping.
Redelivery Fee: If reshipment is requested by the Customer due to Returned to Sender or refusal of shipment, you will be responsible for shipping unless due to Company or Carrier error.
International Return to Sender: A 15% restocking fee and any additional shipping will be assessed accordingly. All international shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, refused or returned packages, unless Company made an error. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product will not be refunded unless Company error.
Return Authorization Number
Follow the instructions below:
- Email or call us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). We will email you an RAN number and instructions for the return within 24-48 hours.
- Securely package the unused item you wish to return. Fill out the approved RAN form that has been emailed or provided to you and include it with your return.
- Write your RAN number on the outside of the shipping box/envelope.
- Mail the package back via ground shipping method to the address below. We highly recommend you insure your package.

Claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) should be submitted within 24-48 hours of merchandise receipt.
