Description: The most uplifting and restorative therapeutic bath on the market! In traditional medicine, Mustard is renowned for its stimulating, cleansing and rejuvenating qualities. The warmth of Mustard gently opens pores and assists in the elimination of impurities.

Directions:
Foot Bath: Dissolve 1 large Tbl. spoon of the formula in a bowl of hot water.Soak for 20 minutes. End with a short cold soak.
Full Bath: Add 2 oz to a hot bath , Relax in the water for 20 minutes.Finish with a cold shower , dry with a rough towel and keep warm for bestresults.
For external use only. Keep out of childrens reach. Do not use if hot baths areinadivisable. Avoid contact with eyes. If discomfort continues , consult yourhealth practitioner.
