Strands 10 Volume No Lift Cream Developer 32 fl oz

Strands 10 Volume no lift cream developer is a no lift gentle cream developer. Recommended to be used when the desired color is the same shade as the original one. Mixes easily with any Strands hair color into a creamy consistency ideal for chemically treated hair and single-process application.
Directions: Use the emulsion following the instruction for use of the product to be mixed with. The usual mix is 1:1 or 1:1.5
