C'est Glow (This is Glow) Highlighter is a compact highlighter capable of creating reflections on the cheekbones, cupid's bow, and browbone but also collarbones and décolleté. Its imperceptible and enveloping texture contains corn starch, a natural soothing nutrient that helps keep the skin soft, dry, and compact, cottonseed oil, which nourishes without greasing or weighing down and phytosqualane (squalane), a natural emollient obtained from oil refining of olive. The presence of a soft focus agent also helps to optically minimize imperfections, making the complexion luminous and compact. Dermatologically tested.
