Pointed and curved cutting edge, micro-teeth nickel-free surface coating, anti-allergenic, tarnish and corrosion protection, acid, and alkali-resistant, sterilizable, and with a high degree of hardness. Packaging with low plastic content. With the newly developed, skin-friendly metal surface coating process known as VITALOY®, a special method has been created with which metal surfaces can be finished completely nickel-free for a long service life the metal parts being reliably protected against tarnishing and corrosion. The good covering power and the high degree of hardness can even withstand strong deformations. The surface does not break and remains protected. This has been successfully tested over a prolonged period with various assays of materials in the laboratory. The innovative, skin-friendly coating is just as visually brilliant as that of the high-gloss nickel-plated surface.
