Arnica Relief Oil eases discomfort and provides deep penetrating relief from aches and pains associated with injury, strain, arthritis, stiffness, or overuse and reduces pain, swelling, and bruising.

Directions: Apply liberally to the affected area and rub deeply into the skin. A cooling and then warming sensation will occur in the treated area. Do not apply more than 4 times a day.
Stop using and ask your doctor if the condition worsens or if symptoms persist for more than a week or if Symptoms clear up but return within a few days. For external use only.
