The handle carries the unmistakable 'Excelsior' badge and is topped with a 'silver' collar, which holds the renowned Semogue densely filled Pure Boar Bristle (Badger Effect) loft. Directions: Before use, the brush bristles should be wet (not soaking). Load the loft with soap or cream and apply to the areas to be shaved, using a firm circular motion. This softens the hairs and also raises them ready for shaving.
