A results-oriented professional botanical peel that is an alternative to harsh glycolic peels. Contains an active blend of naturally effective, botanically based Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs), including Lactic and Malic Acids, from fruit sources. Alpha Hydroxy Fruit Acids are found to be the most effective acids for peels since their molecules are the smallest among all acids and penetrate easily into the skin. A soothing, calming, non-irritating Aloe Vera base in a balanced formulation gently micro-exfoliates the skin and rebalances moisture loss. It has the ability to penetrate the upper layer of the skin to remove dead skin cells and stimulate new skin cell growth. Fruit acids are at a 20% concentration and a pH of 3.5.
Application: Professional Use Only. Cleanse skin. Apply to the face, neck and décolleté with a Q-tip or a mask brush, starting on the side of the face, moving to the forehead and cheeks, then the nose, lips, and neck. Avoid the eye area. DO NOT APPLY VAPOR WITH PEEL. Leave to take effect for 2-5 minutes depending on the client’s sensitivity, then gently remove with tepid water and a sponge in a last-in-first-out process. After removing the peel, perform a second cleansing to neutralize any remaining acid. Follow with toner, serum, and moisturizer. Clients can return later in the week for a hydrating facial and should be advised on a proper home care regimen.
