The Earth Therapeutics Tampico vegetable fiber skin brush is ideal for both dry skin brushing and wet skin cleansing disclaimer these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
For DRY SKIN BRUSHING: Right before your morning shower or bath, brush lightly in one direction from the outer extremities to the center of the body [from the feet to the abdomen and from the fingers to the heart]. This action will open up the pores and help to clean out the lymphatic system. The whole process takes only a few minutes, but the results will impress. The skin and in fact, the entire body will look and feel refreshed.
For WET SKIN CLEANSING: In combination with soap and water, the relatively stiff bristles of this brush will provide for an extra-thorough scrub down. Skin will feel tingly clean, but be careful not to over scrub [to the point where the skin is bright red]. Also, after use, tap away excess water and hang to dry.
