Description: Take care down there with natural herbal compresses filled with organic herbs traditionally used to soothe and comfort lady parts during pregnancy or after childbirth. Or use the brewed infusion to make postpartum padsicles or use it as a sitz bath. A Quick How-To: Lay herbal pad in a shallow bowl and cover with boiling water. Steep for approx. 5 minutes, and let cool. Very gently drain extra liquid from the pad, leaving it moist but not soaking. Be gentle and don't squeeze! The herbal pads are fragile and can burst. Cool in the fridge and gently apply moist pad directly to the perineum. Ahhhhhhh.But wait! Postpartum padsicles are a thing, and they're great: get crafty and use the healing herbally goodness in another way. Save the remaining liquid, pour onto a regular postpartum pad, and freeze it for a clever little perineal ice pack. Trust us? it's one of life's secret little wins.
Earth mama organics herbal sitz bath works to soothe sore postpartum and prenatal nether regions with a blend of witch hazel, oatmeal, yarrow, and calendula flowers among other ingredients. use by steeping herbal pad in a shallow bowl with hot water for five minutes. once the pad has cooled, gently drain the extra liquid until it is just moist and then apply to the perineum. cooled steeping water can then be used for a sitz bath. this box contains 6 herbal pads.

Directions: Directly after childbirth and for several days, use the moistened herbal pads iced. Later, use it warm, or in a sitz bath.

Ingredients: Sea salt, Avena sativa (organic oatmeal) kernel meal, Achillea millefolium (organic yarrow) flower, Hamamelis virginiana (organic witch hazel) leaf, Plantago major (organic plantain) leaf, Calendula officinalis (organic calendula) flowers.
