Portugal is known throughout the world for its conquests, its people, its customs, and its history. The Antigua Barberia de Barrio bath soap celebrates the historical feats of people who dared to pursue their dream and take their dream all over the world. The Portuguese conquest of Goa occurred when the Governor of Portuguese India Afonso de Albuquerque captured the city in 1510. Goa, in India, was a Portuguese colony from 1510 to 1961, enough time to discover the unique and enchanting aromas of the city. In a rich spicy composition, intoxicating sweet notes of cashmere, vanilla, and caramel are closely intertwined, softened by nutmeg and rose oil. Inhaling the warming smell, it is easy to imagine yourself in an oriental bazaar, where rare spices are laid out on the shelves, and the air is saturated with their aromas.
