Natural soaps that have no synthetic colors like this one change color as they cure. They can cure up to 12 months after they are manufactured. Especially the olive soaps change the color from dark green to light beige. Left to cure for months, some moisture will evaporate out of the bar soap and will become slightly smaller, harder, longer lasting, and even gentler on your skin. The harder the soap, the longer it lasts and the more lather it produces.

Since 1900 and for four generations here in Salon-de-Provence, Marius Fabre has been making soap that is cooked in a cauldron to traditional Marseilles soap-making methods.
