Directions: While showering, put a small amount of gel in the palm of your hand or on a sponge and gently lather the entire body. Then rinse with clean water.
Add a few drops to the bathwater for a bath.
Tip from the manufacturer: To enhance the invigorating and soothing effect of a bath, 15 to 20 drops of Phytorelax 31 Herbs Oil can be added to the bathwater.
