Hansaplast Aqua Protect Strips is a medical device. The waterproof plasters can be used to cover wounds when swimming, showering, and bathing. They have a strong adhesive force, yet the wound pad does not stick to the skin. 100% waterproof wound plasters to cover and protect minor wounds. The backing is flexible and breathable, which means it offers greater comfort and prevents water from getting trapped around the wound. Hansaplast plasters block 99% of dirt and bacteria. The non-stick wound pad combined with a transparent backing means the plaster will be barely visible. These plasters seal off the wound completely and they come in two different sizes: 25 mm x 65 mm | 0.98 in x 2.55 mm and 39 mm x 39 mm | 1.53 in x 1.53 in.
Directions: Before applying Hansaplast plasters, it is important to clean the wound and dry the entire area around it. It is then important to protect the wound from external influences such as dirt and bacteria to allow for proper healing. Apply one plaster over the affected area. Apply the patch without stretching it and avoiding wrinkles. Observe your wound and change the plaster or dressing regularly unless you’ve been recommended to do otherwise by your doctor.
