Weleda Sage Gum Balm to strengthen sensitive gums. The gum balm contains natural essential oils that ensure fresh breath and a well-cared for mouthfeel. Sage is known to work against bacterial inflammation and bleeding and chamomile helps to relieve inflammation. This recipe forms a good basis for healthy teeth and gums.

Directions: After brushing your teeth, gently massage the gel to your gums with a soft brush or your fingers for 1-2 minutes, let it have its effect. Don't rinse and do not eat or drink 15 minutes after application.
